The Brick at 2 West is a family owned restaurant adding a new twist to Saratoga. The owners, Eric and Melissa Schreifels, are offering a homely atmosphere to provide a restaurant with the feeling of having a home away from home. The restaurant is operated and managed by their daughter, Erika Schreifels. They provide a spot for everyone to enjoy their time, from the bar, to seats with a fireplace, to the media room with a tv wall that can be rented out for private parties and more. Everyone here is looking to provide everyone else the best restaurant experience that Saratoga has ever seen.
