Tompkins Cortland Community College

Tompkins Cortland Community College (TC3) is a college of the State University of New York (SUNY), the largest and most diverse university system in the United States. TC3 is a small, friendly college in a safe rural location ideal for study and getting to know the “real” United States. At the same time, the college is located in a culturally diverse community in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York.
