Wasabi Japanese Restaurant is a Buffalo-born restaurant first opened in 2007. This restaurant was inspired by a trip to Japan. With over 30 years of experience, Kang and Chen are the heart of Wasabi Japanese Restaurant. Their hope is that through their food, they can share the love of Japanese cuisine and family togetherness with their patrons.
