This tasting room, event space, and restaurant is home to a small-batch craft cidery based in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. From hand-picking apples through to bottling the final product, they handle every stage of the process, including, of course, sharing a glass of their cider with friends. While their methods might take longer, so do all the best things in life. Their blend of wild, heirloom, and dessert apples merges past and present to create a uniquely Delaware County cider. During warm weather, they offer hearty or light meals of locally farmed and foraged meats, fish, cheese, and vegetables in their outdoor courtyard. Well-behaved and leashed dogs are welcome in the courtyard.
