August Lodge Cooperstown is a 25 room and suite, two-story timber frame country hotel, perched atop a wildflower-covered meadow. Each over-sized room is accessed from a two-story, full-length porch with soaring, dramatic, hand-hewn hammer beam trusses centered front and rear. Located just 4 miles from Cooperstown, and one mile from the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Each room has an expanded, fully-stocked kitchen facility, including a ceramic stove cook top, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, china, glassware, silverware, and sink. The authentically decorated lodge rooms feature king or queen beds with imported Egyptian linens, pull out sofa, full bathroom, Adirondack and log furnishings, air-conditioning, satellite TV, excellent cell phone reception and free high speed WiFi throughout the hotel. Cool off in the outdoor swimming pool, soak in the hot tub spa, or lounge under the shade of the open air pool pavilion. Guests may barbeque dinner by the picnic tables. Wake up every morning to the sweet smell of fresh country air from your private balcony, each sporting Adirondack furniture from which to enjoy the breath taking panoramic views and spectacular fall foliage.
