Mike Andrzejewski, one of Buffalo’s premier chefs and restauranteurs, brings his extraordinary culinary skills to his latest establishment, Bourbon and Butter. Located in one of the most majestic buildings in Western New York (the recently renovated Lafayette Hotel) the newly opened dining/cocktail establishment will feature smaller portions, so visitors can sample & share a wider variety of the menu.
In addition to the top-notch food offerings, the sophisticated & relaxed environment will feature a wide array of original beverage concoctions from master mixologist Tony Rials—as well as a vast menu of wines, spirits (including small batch and single-barrel bourbons) and craft beers.
