Audubon Community Nature Center

A 600-acre wildlife sanctuary with 5 miles of easy hiking trails through fields, woods, and wetlands with observations towers and handicap accessible overlook. Exhibits, bird collection, Roger Tory Peterson, Art Inspirations Exhibit, special events, programs and nature store. There are a variety of events offered to clubs and groups. Space for up to 100 people is available to rent. Weddings, family reunions, work-related workshops, and retreats have been hosted here. Many of our education programs and events are either fully outdoors or contain an outdoor component. We believe that experiencing the natural world first-hand is key in developing a connection to the planet.
