Otsego Land Trust TRAILS

Details

Otsego Land Trust preserves the distinctive rural character of the Otsego Region in Central New York by maintaining the natural and cultural legacy handed down through generations. OLT protects healthy lands and clean waters by working with private landowners to legally conserve their lands into perpetuity and by acquiring lands to open to the public.

OLT maintains several Conservation Areas, where the public is welcome to engage in quiet, unobtrusive nature observation and low-impact recreational activities such as walking, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing:

  • Brookwood Point, Cooperstown.
  • Compton Bridge, Cooperstown
  • Greenough Road, Cooperstown.
  • Parslow Road, Oaksville.
  • Deowongo Island, Richfield Springs.
  • Fetterly Forest - Panther Mountain, Richfield.
  • Lordsland Preserve, Town of Roseboom.
