Steuben Brewing Company offers more than a Brew with a View, but the view really is inspiring and visitors are encouraged to enjoy the beautiful scenery with their beers on the covered outdoor patio. Whether you're out to sample a few beers by yourself or you've got your whole posse with you, take some time to savor the excellent brews Chad and his family are creating, like the popular Pale Ale, Hopyard IPA, or Hometown Brown. With eight beers on tap, including three rotating experimental beers, you're sure to find a brew you can call yours. Steuben Brewing Company is one of several New York State Farm breweries in Corning and the Southern Finger Lakes. That means they use local ingredients. Chad is already working on creating his own field of hops and other ingredients to be grown right there on the premises. In addition to producing fine beers, he also wants the brewery to be an educational resource on agritourism. He offers visitors a tour of the facility as well as an opportunity to become members in the special Community-Shared Beer program, granting them special privileges (like exclusive first tastings of new batches, special merchandise, even a say in which small batch experimental beers get brewed next). Steuben Brewing offers an interactive experience, one intended to engage the beer lover and to satisfy all your senses.
