Stone Quarry Hill Art Park, with 104 acres of conserved land and over four miles of trails overlooks the breathtaking rural landscape of Cazenovia and Madison County. Inspired by the relationship between art and nature, the Art park is dedicated to providing a unique environment for the showcasing of art by emerging and established artists. Its mission is to educate and engage the public through exhibitions, collections, interpretation, and community outreach programs in the arts.
The Art Park grounds are available to visitors every day of the year, from dawn until dusk. Explore our marked trails and find your way to the Secret Garden. Enjoy a picnic, marvel at the artwork, run with your (leashed) dog, fly a kite and search for Vraag!

Winter Months FROSTY maintains the trails for cross country skiing and showshoeing.

Rentals Stone Quarry Hill Art Park offers a variety of site rental opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful surrounds of the Art Park or rent the historic Hilltop House for your next meeting or retreat. Groups Stone Quarry Hill Art Park provides a variety of amenities for large groups interested in guided or self-guided experiences:

For those looking to explore on the own, the Art Park offers a free audio tour with information about various sculptures as you walk amidst the Art Park's extensive network of trails and meadows. Guided tours are available by appointment for groups interested in learning more about the Art Park and the Dorothy Riester House and Studio (Hilltop House), listed on the National Register of Historic Places as an intact example of mid-century modern architecture and design.

  • Tours are typically 45 minutes to an hour but can be adapted to any time frame.
  • Tours are $10 per person, $5 for members of the Art Park and include free admission to the Art Park for the day.
  • Discounts available for non-profit or community-based organizations/groups.
  • School Field Trips are $3 per students, free for chaperons/teachers and include admission to the Art Park and a tour of the Hilltop House and Vista Trail.
