The Galusha family has been producing pure maple products for more than 30 years and manages more than 760 acres of Adirondack forest land under the guidance of a professional forester. There are more than 4,000 tapes on 100 acres for maple production. The timber frame sugarhouse is state-of-the-art, energy-efficient with a wood-fired evaporator. They produce maple syrup, maple leaf candies, granulated maple sugar, and maple cream. Gift shop, tours, and demonstrations. Please call for reservations. Visit them on Maple Weekends each March.
