Union Grove Distillery is a farm-licensed craft distillery making vodka distilled from apples and wheat, and a vodka distilled from local maple syrup. They also produce a spirit distilled from maple syrup and finished in used bourbon barrels that also held maple syrup and a rye whiskey aging in 15-gallon charred oak barrels. If you are coming in for a distillery tour and a taste or some craft cocktails in the tasting room, please feel free to bring a picnic basket with you. The distillery and tasting room is also available for events.
