Beautiful view of ocean, safe and clean. Sea Colony practices social distancing, masking and sanitizes public places. Great escape.

Beautiful condo, ideally located
This is a beautifully appointed condo, overlooking the ocean and the pool (one of 12 on the property). It is ideally located - Bethany Beach is at almost the exact midpoint between Rehoboth and Ocean City. Beaches, boardwalks, outlets, nature preserves, restaurants, and shops . . . nothing is more than 20 minutes away. Sea Colony is a wonderful community, and this condo is probably one of the nicest at Sea Colony.

Condo was very dirty but that was taken care of quickly
We were impressed with the whole Sea Colony complex. I do wish we were left more information about activities on the site. ( movies on beach - fireworks etc)
