All cottages have full size refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, satellite/cable TV, heat, air conditioning, decks with tables & chairs, & gas grills.  Kitchens are equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, & cooking utensils.

All beds have mattress pads, bedspreads, & pillows. Renters provide their own sheets, extra blankets & pillowcases. Paper products are NOT supplied (ie. toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, coffee filters, garbage bags, etc.) Renters are responsible for providing their own towels & washcloths.

All cottages are non-smoking & no animals are allowed. No exceptions.

Cottage renters can use a boat slip if they would like to bring their personal boat (1 slip per cottage up to 21′ boat).

Three shared grassy yards available. Lots of space for kids to run & play. Bring your baseball gloves, balls, Frisbees, bocci ball sets, corn hole sets, etc.!

Check in is 2:00 PM.  Check out is 10:00 AM.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due upon check-in. Prices do not reflect the 12 % tax (State & County).

Refunds will be given only if we are able to re-book the cottage for the exact days of your reservation. We do not accept cancellations due to the weather.

Cottages 3, 4, & 5 are rentable May-October & have a 2-night minimum. Holiday minimum is 3 nights. Cottages 1 & 6 are year-round rentals & are weekly rentals only during July & August.
