Our stay in apt 1 was wonderful. It was comfy and cozy. All of the essentials were provided in the unit. The location was great. Convenient to downtown and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Sue is so responsive and a dream to work with. Lastly, safety was my biggest concern as my husband was a coach and couldn’t stay with us. My daughter and I felt so safe. Thank you for your hospitality. We will return next year!

Great location! Walking distance to Main Street and supermarkets which was the main attraction to this property. Hostess was readily available. Place was very clean.

Great location. Fully stocked with towels and linens. Short drive to Dreams Park and a short walk to downtown Cooperstown. Grocery store across the street open 24 hours a day. Great experience and great hosts Sue and Joe are very friendly and accommodating.
