BEST PLACE ON EARTH AND THE PALMS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE ON THE ISLAND - "Jon R and his staff are the best in the business and treat everyone like family.  The rooms were clean, neat, well-appointed, and decorated impeccably.  I have been going to Fire Island for over 30 years and stayed in some of the seediest summer rentals ever.  So to have an actual hotel experience on this piece of paradise was a total treat! You will not be dissatisfied.  Great view and a great location.  The restaurants that are affiliated with the property are amazing.  We loved it."
