Botanical Gardens Plant Sale OnlineCurbside Pickup in May! 

Buffalo, NY - The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens is holding their annual Great Plant Sale Online for the second year in a row.  Since December 2020, different categories of plants have been released to the public on the fifteenth of the month with early access to members on the fourteenth.  March 15 will be the last release and all orders are due by April 15.  Orders placed online will be available for pick up at the Botanical Gardens in early May just in time for the start of gardening season.

The series will kick off online with visual artist and storyteller Citali Fabián on March 18 at 6 p.m. The event is free for museum members and $10 suggested ticket for non-museum members.

Shining a Light on Harriet TubmanAuburn, NY – The third annual city-wide celebration of Harriet Tubman, the famous abolitionist and former Auburn resident, will return this year in a virtual format during the week of March 7-14, 2021. Celebrations of Tubman's life and legacy will be honored through social media channels for the NYS Equal Rights Heritage Center and others, and visitation to the historic and cultural sites currently open is encouraged, as we invite the public to safely experience Harriet’s Auburn.
