Hudson, NY – Hudson Hall at the historic Hudson Opera House welcomes back Hudson’s own Bindlestiff Family Cirkus on Saturday, March 25, 2023 for two spectacular performances – a 3pm family matinee including a pre-show performance by youth from the Bindlestiff’s Cirkus After School program, and 7pm cabaret-style show for adults. Both feature aerial acts, acrobatics, balancing feats, sword swallowing, juggling, physical comedy, and more performed by internationally renowned street performers, acts from Cirque du Soleil, Ringling Brothers, and artists made known by America's Got Talent.

Pysanky eggs courtesy Christine LevyGranville, NY – Later this month, the Slate Valley Museum will welcome artist Christine Levy to instruct two workshops on the art of Pysanky egg decorating. An adult workshop will be held on Friday, March 24 at 7pm for adults and a workshop for children ages 6-12 will take place on Saturday, March 25 at 1pm. Each workshop will last approximately three hours.

Pysanky, the ancient art of egg decorating, is a part of cultures throughout Eastern Europe and is most widely associated with the Ukraine.

Governor Kathy Hochul today encouraged New Yorkers to support their local maple producers. The Governor highlighted New York's upcoming Maple Weekends events and activities, which will take place March 18-19 and 25-26, along with other special events and promotions throughout the month. New York maple producers experienced a record-breaking year in 2022, producing 845,000 gallons of maple syrup. New York State continues to rank second in the nation in maple production. …

His solo concert will take place on April 29, 2023 during which he will perform the famous repertoire of The Great American Songbook.
