Y. / Tampa, Fla. (May 22, 2024) – IRONMAN and the Village of Lake Placid, the Town of North Elba and the Regional Office of Sustainable Tourism (ROOST) have agreed to a three-year partnership renewal to keep the iconic and longstanding Athletic Brewing IRONMAN^® Lake Placid triathlon in the Adirondacks through 2027. May 22, 2024 (Brooklyn, NY) — Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy will present the Big Summer Pride Twirl on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 4:00pm to 9:00pm, part of the Conservancy’s Big Summer Get Down series. This free, all-ages dance party celebrates Brooklyn Pride, and is held at Pier 3 Plaza at Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Glens Falls, NY - The Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council (LARAC) presents Show IV: Where We Are, featuring painter Susan Hoffer and ceramicist Zena Verda Pesta. The exhibit opens on Friday, May 24 with a reception from 5-7pm and runs to June 26.

Maritime Trades available daily Tuesday-Sunday, Carillon Boat Tours starting May 24, 2024

Ticonderoga, N.Y. -- Fort Ticonderoga celebrates National Maritime Day, May 22, with a new 2024 historic boat building program and narrated boat tours aboard the 60 ft Carillon Boat on Lake Champlain. The maritime trades program is available daily Tuesday-Sunday throughout the season. The Carillon boat tours will begin on May 24^th and run through October.
