Queens, N.Y.— Two years ago, the LGBT Network and the New York Mets made history hosting the first-ever Pride Night held in a New York major league ballpark.  On Saturday August 4th, thousands will celebrate the Third Annual Pride Night at Citi Field in an action-packed night when the New York Mets take on the Atlanta Braves at 7:10pm at Citi Field.

New York, N.Y. – June 27, 2018 – Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced the opening of New York's official monument honoring the LGBT community, including those lost in the Orlando Pulse nightclub shooting in June 2016, and all victims of hate, intolerance and violence. The memorial, designed by artist Anthony Goicolea, is located at the western edge of Greenwich Village, in Hudson River Park. 

CNY Pride2018Syracuse, N.Y. -- Three Syracuse staples have joined together this year to raise awareness for the LGBTQ community by partnering with CNY Pride and Syracuse Guerilla Gay Bar. Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, 1911 Established and The Great New York State Fair will be putting on an event June 14th during Pride Week to help raise money for this cause. The 2018 CNY Pride Week runs June 11-16th.

Tyler Clementi FoundationNew York, NY On June 4 at 2 PM, Distinguished Concerts International New York (DCINY) will present Tyler’s Suite at Lincoln Center’s David Geffen Hall in commemoration to the memory of Tyler Clementi, a young musician who died by suicide shortly after being bullied online by his roommate for being gay. Featured soloists include acclaimed singer Ann Hampton Callaway, known as one of the leading champions of the great American Songbook and recently voted as ‘Performer of the Year’ by BroadwayWorld. A special introduction will be given by Jane Clementi, Tyler’s mother, along with other celebrity guests throughout the afternoon. The performance will be livestreamed to DCINY’s Facebook page.
