The 518-mile Great Lakes Seaway Trail National Scenic Byway runs alongside the freshwater shoreline of New York and Pennsylvania. Themes for traveling the leisure driving and boating route include maritime heritage and lighthouses, nature study, volkswalking, geocaching, coastal agriculture, quilting, military history, and water fun.
