Watkins Glen, N.Y. - Martha Clara Vineyards has grabbed this year's coveted Governor's Cup for best New York state wine with a 2010 Riesling from the North Fork of Long Island. The silver chalice was awarded Tuesday at the New York Wine & Food Classic in Watkins Glen, in the Finger Lakes region. It was chosen from 741 wines submitted by 105 wineries. Read more here.
