Portico by Fabio Viviani reopens, del Lago announces new Farmers Market Express & Laughing Buddha Noodle Company
Waterloo, N.Y. – del Lago Resort & Casino is proud to announce the opening – and re-opening – of major dining options for visiting guests. The renowned celebrity restaurant Portico by Fabio Viviani has reopened for sit-down service, along with new options at del Lago’s Farmers Market Express – fast casual stations and Laughing Buddha Noodle Company – an addition to the food court.
Portico by Fabio Viviani is now open for dinner service on Fri. to Sun. from 4:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and is accepting limited reservations. The highly acclaimed restaurant pairs warm hospitality with award-winning cuisine by Chef Fabio Viviani of Bravo TV show, Top Chef. Inspired by his childhood in Florence, Italy and training in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, Portico by Fabio Viviani features premium cuts of steak, succulent seafood and fresh, house-made pastas. Recognized three-times by Wine Spectator, an impressive wine list including Finger Lakes’ varieties, complements the dinner menu.
A special Chef’s Menu for Mother’s Day will be available May 7-9 at Portico by Fabio Viviani for $75 per person. The three-course meal includes:
- Lobster Bisque: creamy lobster soup with lobster meat, sherry cream, and chives
- Filet Mignon & Grilled Shrimp: served over mashed potatoes with asparagus and blue cheese fondue
- Bomboloni: house made warm Italian doughnuts with chocolate, caramel and raspberry sauce
Open Thurs. to Sun. from 12 p.m. – 8 p.m., Farmers Market Express serves locally-sourced produce, dairy products, meats and more from the most reputable growers in the region. An updated process to ensure guest’s health and safety has del Lago’s culinary team fill diner’s meal boxes across various food stations. Additional desserts and alcoholic beverages (cocktails, beer and wine) can be purchased at the center bar.
Laughing Buddha Noodle Company has joined Ciccino’s and Smash Burger in del Lago’s food court. Serving quick Asian cuisine, including noodle soups, stir fry and fried rice, Laughing Buddha is open Fri. to Mon. from 12 p.m. – 9 p.m.
These dining options accompany the DraftKings Bar & Restaurant, available with a limited menu served at The Vine, and The Sociale Café & Bar, serving custom cocktails and health-conscious cuisine with a seasonal flare. del Lago gift cards are available for purchase online at dellagoresort.com/shopping/#gift-cards and can be used at all restaurants, bar, Hotel, Galleria del Lago retail store and Spa del Lago, which also recently reopened for weekend spa and salon services.
del Lago Resort & Casino’s gaming floor is open seven days a week, Sun. through Thurs. from 8 a.m. - 2 a.m. and Fri. and Sat. from 8 a.m. - 4 a.m. The on-site hotel, a AAA® Four Diamond Designation, remains open and contains 205 guest rooms – including king, queen and suites.
