Wins six industry awards from Casino Player magazine
Waterloo, N.Y. – del Lago Resort & Casino is excited to announce that their 205-room hotel has received a AAA Four Diamond Designation for the second year in a row. In addition, the casino’s food and beverage program was recognized with six first place wins in the Best Of Dining & Nightlife Awards (BODN) from Casino Player magazine.
del Lago Resort & Casino is one of only a few properties in the Finger Lakes region to receive the distinguished AAA Four Diamond Designation, which it has been awarded in 2020 and now in 2021. Diamond-designated properties offer a clean, comfortable experience consistent with the latest industry standards and AAA member expectations. To be recognized as a AAA Diamond property, hotels must pass an unscheduled, in-person rigorous inspection process. Ratings represent the quality of the property, range of facilities and level of hospitality offered to guests, with Four Diamonds reflecting “upscale style and amenities with the right touch of service.”

The resort is not the only aspect receiving national recognition. del Lago came in first place across six categories in the 2021 Best Of Dining & Nightlife Awards (BODN) hosted by Casino Player magazine. Voted on by the readers, del Lago was awarded:

del Lago recently announced the opening of its Farmers Market Express, featuring a redesigned process to its buffet concept with customer’s health and safety in mind. The updated dining option now features Farmer’s Market food stations served by del Lago’s culinary team. In addition, the award-winning Portico by Fabio Viviani recently resumed its dinner service Friday through Sunday.
