Bethel, N.Y. - Spanning across the winter season beginning just after Thanksgiving until New Year's Day, experience 1.7 miles of holiday light show magic on the Bethel Woods grounds from the comfort of your car. Simply turn off your headlights and follow the magical glow. There is nothing else quite like this the area. Themed areas include: New York, Holidays Around the World, Snowflake Alley, Candy Cane Lane, Enchanted Forest, and as a nod to the historic site, Groovy Way.
Whether you're sweetening the drive with a box of fresh-baked goodies, getting your holiday shopping done, visiting The '60s Museum, or unwinding during our first-ever Gingerbread Build & Sip, make the most of your visit to Bethel Woods with one of our creative add-ons. These include:
- Holiday Hub: Dine by the fire with comfort food, a DIY s’mores kit, holiday drinks, and more! Check out the mesmerizing musical mega trees and take plenty of pictures. Open every day except for Mondays.
- The Museum at Bethel Woods: Through artifacts, films, music - and even a hippie bus - you will be inspired not only by what was the most prolific three-day festival in history, but by the ideals that still remain relevant today. After 5 PM, visit the Main Exhibit for just $5 when you show your valid Peace, Love & Lights ticket from the same day!
- Gingerbread Build & Sip (Dec 22): Construct your dream gingerbread house while enjoying some of the region’s best wines! Your ticket includes all the required supplies to design your gingerbread creation and 2 glasses of wine. Space is limited.
- Santa Visits the Holiday Hub (Dec 22-23)
- Sullivan 180 Walk-Thru Mondays (Mondays thru Dec 26 | 5-9 PM; Last Entry: 7:30 PM): Strap on your sneakers, zip up your winter coat, and get ready for an outdoor winter exercise at our spectacular holiday lights display!
