“We’re thrilled to kick off Hudson Valley Restaurant Week in the Sullivan Catskills at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts,” said Mike Martinelli, Today Media’s Hudson Valley Group Publisher. “This year, we’re again offering four different price points, which increases the number and variety of restaurants that diners have to choose from. The many restaurants participating in Hudson Valley Restaurant Week showcase the culinary greatness that our region has to offer.”
A biannual event held each Spring and Fall, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity for local residents to show their support for the restaurant community and continue to drive the eat-and-drink-local movement. The event is a key economic driver in the region and most HVRW participants (92%) report an average 25% increase in sales during Restaurant Week. The regional impact translates to $10 million in estimated sales revenue during HVRW.
