Fishkill, NY – September 28 – Get a sneak peek at the select group of Sullivan Catskills restaurants participating in Fall Hudson Valley Restaurant Week at Valley Table magazine’s Kick-Off Press Party. This celebration of the food of the Catskills and nearby regions will feature samples from many of the local restaurants who will be participating in the area’s largest and most successful dining event. In addition, all guests will receive same-day general admission to The Big Sip.

For two delicious weeks, from October 30- November 12th, the Hudson Valley will be celebrating restaurant dining with delicious, creative dishes featuring locally sourced ingredients. Prix-fixe lunches and dinners will be offered at $24.95, $29.95, $39.95 or $44.95. (Pricing does not include tax, beverages, or gratuity.) Prix-fixe menus may be offered for both dine-in and takeout. More than 120 restaurants spanning eight counties (Sullivan, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Ulster, Orange, Greene and Dutchess counties) are participating in this annual celebration of the Hudson Valley culinary scene. Diners browse the online list of participating restaurants, choose any or all that whet their appetite, and make their reservations.
This year’s stellar list of HVRW participants includes Sullivan Catskills favorites Cellaio & Lotus from Resorts World Catskills; The Homestead Restaurant + Lounge at the Eldred Preserve; Bixby’s Derby at the Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark; Blue Fox Motel; Kenoza Hall; Piccolo Paese; Pasta D’oro; Seminary Hill Orchard & Cidery; The Arnold House; The Pickled Owl, and The Grill at Roscoe Mountain Club, many of which will be providing samples at the Kick-Off Press Party.

The regional impact translates to $10 million in estimated sales revenue during HVRW.
