Brew at the Zoo and Wine Too kicks off July 31 at the New York State Zoo at Thompson Park in Watertown. Enjoy two evenings of strolling the zoo grounds while sampling beer, wine and spirts paired with treats from local purveyors.

Plattsburgh Brew Fest on August 1 at the City Beach in Plattsburgh is an inaugural celebration of the Adirondack Coast's growing number of microbreweries, cideries and wineries, the brew fest kicks off with a full day of sampling, food vendors, live music and paddling on Lake Champlain. 16th Annual Piseco Volunteer Fire Dept. BBQ and Harley Raffle on August 8 in Piseco is a must for Harley-Davidson motorcycle fans. Thousand Islands' Winery Pirates Festival on August 13 at the Thousands Islands Winery in Alexandria Bay features swash-buckling fun as the winery is plundered by pirates suffering from "Robin Hood syndrome" - so there will be plenty to share. Part of the 10-day Bill Johnston's Pirates Days, guests may enjoy live musical entertainment from classic rock band, The Bad Husbands Club, watch a sword fight and dine on flavorful barbecue. The 8th Annual Cape Vincent Oktoberfest is slated for September 27 in Cape Vincent. Highlights include the Autumn Farmers' and Crafters Market and a beer garden

Adirondack Coast Wine, Cider & Beer Festival October 10 at the Crete Civic Center in Plattsburgh features live music, beer, wine and hard cider tastings, locally made treats and vendors. Tickets are $35.
