WHAT:       The14th Annual Albany History Fair will be presented by Historic Cherry Hill, in partnership with the Albany Heritage Area Visitors Center and Historic Albany Foundation. This year's fair theme is "Faith, Spirit, Community," and the event will be hosted by Westminster Presbyterian Church. Fair activities will explore the diverse history of faith and worship in the capital city, and their impact on community life, neighborhood development and the urban landscape. 

Presentations will be made by Jack McEneny, noted Albany historian; Susan Holland, Director of Historic Albany Foundation; Alexandra Prince, masters candidate at the University at Albany, SUNY; and Anthony Opalka, Albany City Historian. 

There will also be a "Sacred Spaces Open House" at several houses of worship located in and beyond the Center Square neighborhood, including Emmanuel Baptist Church, The First Church in Albany, First Presbyterian Church, St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Trinity United Methodist Church, and Wilborn Temple First C.O.G.I.C.  Throughout the day, there will be a scavenger hunt for families, performances, and displays.
