Rochester, NY (April 28, 2020) – John Nugent and Marc Iacona, producers of the CGI Rochester International Jazz Festival, announced today new dates for two headliners shows for the festival's rescheduled 19th Edition October 2 -10, 2020.
Puss N Boots featuring Sasha Dobson, Norah Jones & Catherine Popper, originally scheduled for June 19, will now be presented on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 8 p.m. at Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre.
We are pleased to be able to reschedule Spyro Gyra for Sunday, October 4, 2020 at 8 p.m. at Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre. The show was originally scheduled for June 23.
For those who already hold tickets, they will automatically be valid for the rescheduled shows. Visit rochesterjazz.com for ticket information.
As Iacona and Nugent previously announced, "We are diligently communicating with venues and all artists to reschedule the remainder of the festival. Many artists we had expected to present to you in June want you to know they are ecstatic about the opportunity to be part of a rescheduled festival."
Four headliner shows were not able to be rescheduled due to artist and/or venue unavailability: Nile Rodgers and CHIC, Wynonna and the Big Noise, Trombone Shorty, and Garth Fagan Dance and Monty Alexander.
