“We’re excited to continue bringing new and dynamic events to the Clinton Market Collective, a space made possible thanks to the foresight of Capitalize Albany Corporation in creating a unique destination for the community. We’re especially thrilled to welcome back a crowd favorite, Grounded Grooves, while also introducing fresh experiences like Beats & Eats and First Friday. We encourage guests to make the most of their visit by exploring Downtown’s 100+ restaurants, retail stores, and businesses before or after experiencing the events at Clinton Market Collective this season.”

Capitalize Albany Corporation president Ashley Mohl said:
“There have been so many who’ve stepped up to reimagine this key city gateway and bring Clinton Market to life, and we’re especially grateful to the Downtown Albany BID for their partnership and leadership in activating the space this season. It’s exciting to see the momentum build — with weeknight programming, returning favorites, and new experiences drawing people in. Clinton Market was designed to spark this kind of energy, and we’re thrilled to see it becoming a vibrant part of Downtown’s rhythm.”

Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan said:
"We're excited to introduce new and recurring events to build on the popularity of the Clinton Market Collective! This programming will continue the goal of transforming this unique space into a community hub with diverse offerings for everyone. Whether you're interested in fitness, food, music, or all three, there's something for you at the Clinton Market Collective this fall. This space has already proven to be a successful venue for the community, hosting events from outdoor yoga classes to dog agility and fashion competitions. I look forward to seeing the BID and Capitalize Albany continue to build on this momentum by providing more events and activities for residents, employees, and visitors to enjoy."

About Clinton Market Collective
The Clinton Market Collective, which officially opened in August 2024, is located in the heart of downtown Albany between the Palace Theatre and the Albany Skyway. Formerly known as Federal Park, the space was reimagined by Capitalize Albany Corporation as a vibrant community hub designed to host events, entertainment, and entrepreneurial opportunities. The $3.8 million project was made possible with support from the New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative, the City of Albany through its American Rescue Plan Act funding process, National Grid, and Empire State Development. By day, visitors can enjoy its pop-jet fountains, seating areas, and a welcoming public space; by night, the Collective comes alive with programming. Since opening, it has hosted movie nights, yoga classes, run-club meetups, live music, and more.

Those interested in hosting an event, operating a food truck, or bringing their business to Clinton Market Collective are encouraged to reach out at hello@downtownalbany.org or development@capitalizealbany.com.
