Latham, N.Y. – The Friends of Pruyn House and the Town of Colonie have announced that after many months of renovation and rehabilitation work on the Pruyn House, it is once again open and available for rentals.
For those longing to have their wedding or event at this beautiful historic site, Pruyn House has dates available for 2020 and 2021. The historic Pruyn House, built between 1825 and 1830 is open for touring Monday through Friday, from 9:00- 3:30, free of charge. If you are interested in renting the House, Barn or Schoolhouse for an event, please call us at 518-783-1435 for details.
The mission of the Friends of Pruyn House, a not-for-profit community organization in partnership with the Town of Colonie, serving as the educational, historical and cultural center of the Town, is to restore, conserve and preserve the Pruyn House Complex. It is the site for a wide variety of public, private, civic and corporate events throughout the year.
Pruyn House is located at 207 Old Niskayuna Rd, Latham, NY 12110.
