Tupper Lake, N.Y. - Join The Wild Center on Saturday, February 18th for an evening celebrating skiing and riding, including a showing of Matchstick Productions' (MSP) latest film, Ruin and Rose

The night will begin with local high school student and Adirondack Youth Climate Summiteer Everett Sapp's documentary The Last Chance. Filmed and produced entirely by Sapp, the film shows the effects of climate change on the world of Nordic skiing in the Adirondacks, including a compelling call to action for his generation.

The highlight of the evening, MSP's Ruin and Rose goes where no other ski movie has gone before, juxtaposing the story of a future with no winter and a world overtaken by sand, with epic skiing from MSP's standard lineup of the world's top skiers.

Area vendors and ski centers will be raffling off great prizes, and proceeds will go to the I AM PRO SNOW project. Tickets can be pre-purchased at www.wildcenter.org or at the door. Doors open at 6 pm, The Last Chance will show at 6:30pm, raffle drawing at 7 pm, and Ruin and Rose will show at 7:15pm.
