YesterdayGlens Falls, N.Y. – The Park Theater, a premier theater, concert and private event destination in the heart of downtown Glens Falls, will be hosting two upcoming events in their ‘Dinner & A Movie’ series starring feature films, 'Yesterday' (03/31) and 'Knives Out' (04/14), accompanied by a 3-Course Prix Fixe menu. 

3-Course Prix Fixe Menu 

At each event, there will be a specially curated 3-Course Prix Fixe menu presented by executive chef, Matthew J. Delos featuring a selection of delectable dishes. By showcasing quality, local ingredients, and elevating them with his own creative twist and flavor combinations, these menus will perfectly compliment your movie-going experience!

03/31 - ‘Dinner & A Movie: Yesterday’

Yesterday (2019) is a critically-acclaimed, feel-good comedy that tells the story of English singer-songwriter, Jack Malik (Himesh Patel), who is struggling to find success. After a mysterious global blackout and freak accident, Jack wakes up to a world where one of the most influential bands in history, The Beatles, never existed. By performing their songs and claiming them as his own, Jack quickly becomes an overnight musical sensation. In his journey to fame, Jack is faced with a moral dilemma, and must confront his relationship with his best friend Ellie (Lily James), cultivate a purpose and seek truth. The cast includes appearances by Kate MacKinnon, Ed Sheeran and James Corden. 

3-Course Prix Fixe Menu (03/31):

In celebration of the world-renowned band, The Beatles, executive chef, Matthew J. Delos has created a 3-Course Prix Fixe menu that will make you want to twist and shout! The first course will feature a choice of French Onion Soup (“Glass Onion”) or Field Greens Salad (“Strawberry Fields Forever”). The second course will feature a choice of Roasted Loin of Pork (“Piggies”) or Sweet Shrimp (“Yellow Submarine”). All meals will be served with Honey Pot De Crème (“A Taste of Honey”) for dessert. Vegetarian options available by request.

04/14 - ‘Dinner & A Movie: Knives Out’

Knives Out (2019) is a critically-acclaimed, murder-mystery comedy packed with drama and suspense. Shortly following the celebration of his 85th birthday, highly-esteemed crime novelist Harlan Thrombey (Christopher Plummer) is found dead at his estate. The charming and curious detective, Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig), is enlisted to investigate. In an effort to uncover the truth, Benoit must decipher through the tangled web of lies and deception created by Harlan’s family and staff. Everyone is a suspect.

3-Course Prix Fixe Menu (04/14):

In honor of Harlan Thrombey’s 85th birthday, executive chef, Matthew J. Delos, has curated a menu worthy of celebration! The first course will feature a choice of Potato Leek Soup or Mixed Green Salad. The second course will feature a choice of Sage Roasted Half Chicken or Burrata Ravioli. All meals will be served with Strawberry Shortcake for dessert. Vegetarian options available by request.

The doors open at 5:30pm and dinner service will begin at 6pm. The film will begin at 6:30pm.

Ticket price: $60.00 per person 

The Park Theater is proud to offer a state-of-the-art fresh air ventilation system with MERV 13 filters for their indoor space, and is closely following all NYS and CDC guidance to maintain your utmost safety.
