Clayton, N.Y. - The Clayton Chamber of Commerce, along with the Village of Clayton and TheShipWatcher.com, announced today that United States Coast Guard Cutter Neah Bay is expected to dock in Clayton over the July 4th weekend. USCGC Neah Bay, a 140-foot ice breaking tug based out of Cleveland, Ohio, will dock at Clayton's Thousand Islands Regional Dock at Frink Park and be available for public tours.
