Ticonderoga, NY (June 15, 2021) – VR-ROOM recently reopened after being unable to operate during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Located in Ticonderoga, NY but serving the entire Adirondack Region, VR-ROOM offers a virtual reality experience on the go.
Whether it’s a birthday party, special event or occasion, or coordinating with a local event or campsite. VR-Room brings the fun to you and your guests of all ages. In addition to reopening her business, Owner & Operator Jessica Blanchard has given the mobile virtual reality room a make over during the pandemic.
“My first experience with virtual reality was at an arcade in Hampton Beach. My kids went on a virtual roller coaster and they loved it. I thought something like that would be a great idea for the area, but would be even better if it was mobile. So, I found the equipment for sale at a mall in Massachusetts. After that I bought a trailer and VR-ROOM was founded. Things were going well until the pandemic hit and we were not able to operate. We are excited to be reopening, working with campsites, and booking parties and events. We can offer an array of virtual reality experiences for families and children ages 4 and up. Our mobile unit can be handicap accessible as well,” commented Jessica Blanchard – Owner of VR-Room.
