Mannsville, NY (January 9, 2020) - Celebrating its 10th year anniversary, the Stone Wall Snowshoe Event on January 26, 2020, is a NOT TO MISS winter event, right here on the Tug Hill. Hosted by Winona Forest Recreation Association (WFRA), this year's event features a "Snowshoe for Charity". WFRA will donate 50% of registration fees and a $1000 grand prize will be awarded to the largest groups' favorite charity!

150+ snowshoe runners will blast off the start line (or casually walk) as they make their way across some of the best snowshoe terrain around. Choose a 5K citizen's distance that accommodates all ability levels, and is family friendly. Test your limits on the unforgettable10K course, dubbed "One of the toughest trail race courses anywhere" by Park City Utah's legendary trail runner Larry Rosenkranz,

Record participation is anticipated for this year’s event, which attracts snowshoe enthusiasts from across the country and beyond! Race Status is always ON! Low snow, no snow, deep snow, bitter cold, hot, wet, dry, the event will happen regardless. Post-race will feature complimentary food and awards, and a drawing for a new pair of DION Racing Snowshoes.
