Spectacular Fall Foliage Continuing to Appear Across New York State

Several areas of the Adirondacks expected to be at midpoint of change by the weekend

View Reports Below

This is the second 2024 I LOVE NY Fall Foliage Report for New York State. Reports are obtained from volunteer field observers and reflect expected color conditions for the coming weekend. Reports are issued every Wednesday afternoon.

New York’s brilliant parade of spectacular fall foliage continues, with several parts of the Adirondacks expected to be at midpoint of change this weekend, as well as a few spots in the Catskills and Central New York regions. Elsewhere in the state, most locations will see leaves that are just beginning to change, and some areas – particularly in the state’s southernmost regions – will see little to no change. This is according to the field reports from more than 85 volunteer observers for the Empire State Development Division of Tourism’s I LOVE NY program.
