Acquilano Wine Cellars

With a tasting room located on Main Street, Canandaigua, Acquilano Wine Cellars offers an array of wines from the Finger Lakes region as well as their own. This small farm winery uses sustainable practices in the vineyard and winery that minimizes impact on the environment. Acquilano ages their wines in a cellar using the natural cooling and temperature control that the ground provides. Their focus is to blend old world techniques and styles with current knowledge to create wines that express varietal characteristics and our terroir. They are available for rent for private events and accept large and medium sized tour buses.
