Pride events and more to celebrate throughout the year

In the summer of 1969, the Stonewall Uprising in Greenwich Village sparked the beginning of the modern LGBTQ rights movement. A year later, the Christopher Street Liberation Day March took place to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising. 2020 marks the 50th anniversary of that inaugural Pride march.
