Albemarle-Kenmore Terraces Historic District

Details

An official Path Through History Site! Two quiet, residential courts designed by Slee & Bryson, built between 1916 and 1920 are featured in this district. Albemarle Terrace is made up of Federal Revival brick houses, set back from the street with small gardens. Kenmore Terrace also has Federal Revival brick houses, but these include garages in their ground floors, a nod to the increasing popularity of the automobile. There are 32 residential buildings in this historic district.
