An official Path Through History Site! Within a 50 mile radius of Cattaraugus, approximately 150 different cutlery companies existed during a 200 year period. The American Museum of Cutlery brings this history to life with photographs, its premier examples of knives, swords, edged tools and weapons, and documents like blacksmith ledgers, factory records and interviews with cutlers.
