Poplar Ridge Vineyards started in 1980 when David Bagley stopped making wines for others and focused on building a winery the way he thought it should be. His simple philosophy was this:​ “Wine Without Bull”. We at Bagley’s Poplar Ridge strive to produce wines that are pleasant and fun to drink. We believe in good wines at reasonable prices. This simple and fun approach to wine has created an atmosphere of continued friendship and community at Bagley's, and Dave's philosophy and legacy are both respected and re-energized under his daughter Brittany Bagley's strong leadership.
