Located only 70 miles from New York, Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard & Horse Rescue is the first vineyard on the North Fork Wine Trail. With a beautifully restored historic tasting house from 1861, a charming gazebo facing west to capture beautiful sunsets and its magnificent setting it is known as a perfect venue for any event or occasion. Winter Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 11am - 5pm; Fridays: 11am -6pm; Saturday and Sunday: 11am -7pm; Tuesday: ONLY OPEN for prior reserved group tastings, events, corporate meetings, lunches, tours and more.
