Boucherie West Village


This traditional French restaurant in the West Village is helmed by executive chef Jerome Dihui. His menu includes bistro faves like moules frites and duck confit in addition to steaks from wood-fired grill. The bar makes absinthe-based cocktails and a full array of other drinks. Located in the building that once housed the Circle Repertory Theater, the brasserie has multiple dining spaces, including an outdoor cafe.
