Brown's Campground

A campground in the Village of Altmar, situated on the Salmon River and near Lake Ontario with many points of interest. Four seasons create an atmosphere of many opportunities: beautiful beaches on the lake to enjoy, Salmon River Falls, Salmon River Fish Hatchery, and many attractions. They are a family-owned and -operated campground, created by Dugal M. and Sonja Brown in the early 1970s. They are a campground where generations have returned as adults with their own families after first enjoying it as children.
