You can take a step back in time at Caleb Smith State Park Preserve. The Preserve provides hiking, cross-country skiing, nature trails, as well as fly fishing. Comprised of freshwater wetlands, ponds, streams, fields and upland woods, the park is nestled in the middle of a suburb. The park is an excellent place to pursue fly fishing as well. The preserve is a refuge for wildlife and a place for people to develop an awareness and appreciation of the natural world. Open year round from approximately 8 AM to Sunset. Closed Mondays: April - September. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays: October - March.
