Located minutes from Letchworth State Park, the Castile Cider mill has fresh cider pressed on site, cider slushies, apples, pears, plums, and grapes. Delicious frycakes are made daily and include regular, powdered sugar, cinnamon and come in both apple and pumpkin. Also in stock are salt rising breads, pies, cheeses, jams, honey, beeswax, candles, fudge, mustards, pumpkins, and gourds. Castile Cider Mill is open 10 am to 5 pm daily from September through November.
