Charlotteville General Store is nestled deep in the Valley of Charlotteville, NY, and has been serving its community since 1872. The shop now serves as a meeting place for the community, selling provisions, hand-made sandwiches and daily specials, soups, beer, gas, local goods and coffee, roasted fresh in-store. Roast Master Mark roasts Arabica beans that are Fair Trade and Organic from female-run co-ops around the world. Each batch is handcrafted, to bring out each variety's fullest flavor potential, taking into account environmental factors such as altitude, temperature, humidity and time. Our Roast Master, Mark, has been perfecting his craft over the last 20 years, beginning as a hobby until he was able to begin roasting on a larger scale, to bring you the finest cup of coffee.
