City of Jackson Heights Historic District

An official Path Through History Site! Jackson Heights, built primarily between 1914 and 1939, is the nation's first and largest planned cooperative and garden apartment community. Brick structures in a mixture of sizes from single-family homes to large apartment buildings exhibit a number of revival styles including Tudor, Italianate, Mediterranean and Georgian.
