The history of the cobblestone building in Pine Woods, NY dates back to 1844, when the 3 story cobblestone building was constructed to serve as a harness and wagon shop. Throughout the years the building has been utilized as a blacksmith shop, hotel, tavern, general store, antique shop and today, an old fashion country store.  The Cobblestone Trading Company is truly a destination.  You will be taken back in time once you enter the building decorated with antique country store furnishings.

Tasting Room offering a variety of Balsamic Vinegars, Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Peanut Butters from Hawaii, Mustards from Maine, Cheeses from Pulaski & Spices packaged in-house.

Ice Cream shop is OPEN and serving Gilligan's hard ice cream during the winter months. Soft Ice Cream is seasonal.
